At A Touch of Whimsi, we know that every couple is unique and has different needs during the planning process. We have cultivated several packages to fit your unique needs. We also offer elopement, micro-wedding, and other styles of specialty packages. Please check out our specialty page for this information, as well as our a la carte and silk floral options. 

Our Packages


For the cople that has done all their planning, but needs someone to step in and handle all the details day/month of. 

Day of Whimsical - 12 hour-Starts ar $1200
  • Free consultation +2 meetings, (zoom or in person/phone) unlimited emails/texts
  • Access to preferred vendors list
  • Wedding etiquette/ advice throughout process
  • Final vendor payment and gratuity distribution on wedding day.
  • Communication with all vendors 1 month out
  • 45 minute rehearsal, evening before or morning of
  • Create day of timeline
  • Decor set up and tear down (linens, centerpieces, guest sign in table, favors, etc).
  • Point of contact with all vendors 
  • Providing stocked emergency kit
  • Being point of contact for guests and wedding party
  • May use any decor we own with the exception of arches
**May add on assistant coordinator for $150+
Assistants are required for guest count of 140 and up. 

**Would you like us to assist with table settings,  helping with dessert set up, and add on an assistant too? We are happy to offer you a $300 package add on. 

Day of Coordination



For the couple that has done most of the major planning but needs someone to step in, take over and tie the loose ends together.

  • Free consultation + 4 meetings
  • Wedding checklist
  • Book up to 3 vendors
  • Final venue walkthrough (virtual if not local) Your vendors may join
  • Floorplan creation (if requested) Timeline
  • Confirming logistics with vendors
  • 45 minute rehearsal management (evening before or morning of)
  • 12 hours day of 
  • Lght decor set up and tear down (within this 12 hours)( linens, centerpieces, etc.)
  • Overseeing clean up crew
  • Overseeing all vendors & ensuring that wedding day stays on track
  • Assisting wedding party and guests with questions
  • Executing grand exit
  • May use any decor we own with the exception of arches
  • ** May add on an assistant coordinator for $150+
  • Asst required for guest counts of 140+
  • Would you like us to assist with table settings, dessert table set up, and add on an assistant? We are happy to offer a $300 pkg add on. 

Partial Planning

For the couple that wants professional guidance and planning from start to finish.
Free consultation and quarterly check ins

  • Vendor sourcing/selection/site visit (virtual or local)
  • Booking all vendors needed
  • RSVP tracking and budget and contract review
  • Booking hotel block and transportation
  • Floor plan and seating chart assistance
  • Timeline creation, Confirming logistics with vendors
  • 45 minute rehearsal management (evening before or morning of)
  • 12 hour package (decor set up and tear down (within that 12 hours) (linens, centerpieces, etc.)
  • Overseeing all vendors and ensuring event runs smoothly
  • May use any decor we own (Please contact us for list of inventory*** Arches require deposit)
  • May add an asst for $150+,Asst add on required for guest counts of 140+

Full Planning

Cabin/Airbnb Package-$500 - For the bride having a specialty/mini wedding. We can come in, set up light decor that you provide. We can connect with your vendors and offer you a day of timeline. Breakdown $100 extra 

Picnic/Proposal-$400 2 hour package - A picnic for two at the location of your choosing and acquiring. Includes set up and clean up, blanket or rug setting, individual disposable place setting, plates, cups, etc. A mini charcuterie board, and individual drink per guest. (You may upgrade to Champaign for an additional $14) You will also receive a Silk floral arrangement or candles, and personalized chalkboard. 2 hour package. May add additional hours at $75 per hour. 


Parties, Christmas events, corporate, etc.-Starts at $500 -Let us help you plan your special event and make sure everything looks beautiful and runs smoothly! We will handle all the details so you can just relax and enjoy your event!

Decor Set up only - Prices start at $600 for 100 guests

All of our packages are designed to meet your unique needs. We know every wedding, every bride, and every couple is unique! 

All of our packages are based on 100 guests or less. 
100+ add'l $100, 200+ add'l $200, etc.
**May add on an asst coordinator for $150+
Travel rates apply if over a 2 hour drive time. Out of state travel rates start at $300

**We are happy to offer additional services, such as table and chair setup/tear down, set up of tableware, dessert table set up, intricate decor set up, clean up, etc. These services can be found under our a la carte section.
